Cancellation Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy. If the client needs to reschedule a session, we need 48 hours’ notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused sessions unless 48 hours’ notice has been given. In exceptional circumstances such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement, Jenna Monaco International, LLC may need to reschedule a Reading; in these circumstances, Jenna Monaco International, LLC will use reasonable means to provide a mutually agreeable alternative appointment. If there is inappropriate behavior, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Jenna Monaco International, LLC can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further readings. In such circumstances, the client will be given reasonable notice of termination where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for readings not yet provided.
