These sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, support, or treatment. These sessions are designed to work in conjunction with doctors' orders. I am not a medical professional. If the client needs to reschedule a session, 48 hours' notice must be given. No refunds will be given to clients for unused sessions. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No-shows (late to the session by eleven minutes or longer/not showing up at all) will not be eligible for a refund or credit. In exceptional circumstances such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement, Jenna Monaco International, LLC may need to reschedule a Reading; in these circumstances, Jenna Monaco International, LLC will use reasonable means to provide a mutually agreeable alternative appointment. If there is inappropriate behavior, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Jenna Monaco International, LLC can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further readings. In such circumstances, the client will be given reasonable notice of termination where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for readings not yet provided.
