Booking Policy & Terms of Service: By booking a session with Jenna Monaco International, LLC, you (the client) agree to the following: 1. Scope of Services: All services (Reiki, intuitive readings, astrology, tarot, coaching, etc.) are for personal and spiritual development only. Jenna is not a licensed medical, legal, or mental health professional and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Sessions are not a substitute for professional licensed care. 2. Emergency Disclaimer: If you are in crisis, experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or need legal help, please contact a licensed professional or emergency provider. These services are intended to complement—not replace—professional treatment plans. 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. No refunds are given for unused sessions. Clients may reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. No-shows (11+ minutes late) forfeit the session and are not eligible for reschedule or refund. 4. Practitioner Cancellations: If Jenna must cancel due to emergency, illness, or conflict, efforts will be made to reschedule. Jenna reserves the right to refuse or terminate services due to inappropriate behavior or energetic misalignment. Any unused payment will be refunded. 5. Client Responsibility: By booking, you confirm understanding of the service, consent to receive it, and accept full responsibility for your choices. Outcomes vary.
