In these sessions, you’ll be offered a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and develop holistic tools for navigating life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and help you take aligned steps forward. These sessions are coaching-oriented and focus on grounded personal support. They do not include mystical components such as tarot, oracle cards, astrology, mediumship, or Reiki. If you’re looking for intuitive or spiritual guidance, please book an Intuitive Guidance Session instead. This is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, designed to support clarity, transformation, and deeper connection to your inner wisdom. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy & Terms of Service: By booking a session with Jenna Monaco International, LLC, you (the client) agree to the following: 1. Scope of Services: All services (Reiki, intuitive readings, astrology, tarot, coaching, etc.) are for personal and spiritual development only. Jenna is not a licensed medical, legal, or mental health professional and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Sessions are not a substitute for professional licensed care. 2. Emergency Disclaimer: If you are in crisis, experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or need legal help, please contact a licensed professional or emergency provider. These services are intended to complement—not replace—professional treatment plans. 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. No refunds are given for unused sessions. Clients may reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. No-shows (11+ minutes late) forfeit the session and are not eligible for reschedule or refund. 4. Practitioner Cancellations: If Jenna must cancel due to emergency, illness, or conflict, efforts will be made to reschedule. Jenna reserves the right to refuse or terminate services due to inappropriate behavior or energetic misalignment. Any unused payment will be refunded. 5. Client Responsibility: By booking, you confirm understanding of the service, consent to receive it, and accept full responsibility for your choices. Outcomes vary. Jenna is not liable for decisions made post-session. 6. Confidentiality & Recording: Sessions are confidential, except where required by law. Virtual sessions carry inherent digital risks. No session may be recorded or shared without mutual consent. 7. Intellectual Property: All materials and write-ups are the intellectual property of Jenna Monaco International, LLC and may not be copied or distributed without permission. 8. Payment & Disputes: By purchasing, you agree not to dispute payments unless fraud has occurred. Concerns must be addressed directly with Jenna Monaco International, LLC. Booking confirms agreement to these terms.
